Could you please share how your Court handles service by publication in an adoption, as follows: Does your Court use Civil Rule 73(E)(6) - three weeks of publication OR Civil Rule 4.4 - six weeks of publication? Does your Court consider Standard Probate Form 18.2 - Notice of Hearing on Petition for Adoption as a "summons" under Civil Rule 4?
