Good morning. For a decedent who WAS a Medicaid recipient, Standard Probate Form 7.0 CERTIFICATION OF NOTICE TO ADMINISTRATOR OF MEDICAID ESTATE RECOVERY PROGRAM is filed in the estate. However, do any Probate Courts require the filing of a letter from the Ohio Attorney General to state that a decedent was NOT a Medicaid recipient and that there will NOT be a claim for recovery, before the Court will close the estate?
