Hello All. Our Court had our first jury trial in Probate Court in over 15 years. Could you please help me out as to how your court paid the expenses for this. Is the juror expense always included in your Probate Court appropriations or if not, where do you pay it from. Also, could you confirm how much they are to be paid as a seated Juror vs. those that were called and dismissed. In addition, our Judge made sure that Jurors were provided with drinks, snacks etc. each day. Is this an appropriate expense to be paid by the General Fund and again, from what line.
