Greetings- We had a question come up recently- defense counsel using Zoom to attend a hearing with our Court asked to view the PSI prior to the hearing. We cannot email, fax, scan etc the PSI and we were concerned about using the view document feature on Zoom as a screenshot could easily be taken if using a phone. Short of reading the information to defense counsel prior to the hearing has anyone developed a way to securely share the PSI when the counsel is not reporting for the hearing?
