Dear All: The Seneca County Commissioners are interested in implementing a county-wide document management plan, including imaging and scanning, etc. Seneca County Probate Court has run out of room for its records; have been scanning and are looking at the possible disposal of the original paper document. We would like to know: * If your county has a county-wide document management plan, including imaging, scanning ,etc. * If you have an archival center and keep the original paper records. * If you are scanning and destroying the original paper records.
