Good morning! Does anyone have a Rule 11 Plea Negotiation form/journal entry they are willing to share? A judge wants the prosecutor to complete a written plea form that outlines the plea negotiation terms and contains the signature of the prosecutor and defense counsel/defendant. He then wants to be able to adopt the terms and use as his sentencing entry. I appreciate your help!
