I received an email records request from "Phil Pavarini, Jr" asking for copies of current lists of persons appointed by the court serving as "fiduciaries, attorneys, investigators, guardians ad litem and trustees". Mr. Pavarini is an Insurance agent specializing in bonds. I would like to know if other probate courts received a request from him and if so, what was your response? Thanks in advance.
