Good Morning,
I am interested to see how your courts store Intervention in Lieu Assessments and Competency Evaluations. We currently have 2 different approaches between our judges-one method being the assessment is introduced as an Exhibit and stored in our Exhibit Room and the other method is they are stored in sealed envelopes with the Judge's working file (not the clerk's file). If you could tell me your methods, I would appreciate it as we define a uniform approach.
Thank you!
