We do charge the $10 clerk fee and $3 court fee on the initial case filing ( whenever a fiduciary is appointed; relief from administration;adoption; name change; marriage license; all civil actions). Since the statute 2101.162(A) and (B) allows you to assess it on many additional applications, we do on some but not all of them (accounts; exceptions to an account or inventory for example.)

Good Morning Colleagues,
I am curious to know how you are adding computer fees to your cases.
Do you have an initial $10 fee upon opening a case and that is all, or do you charge any further computer fees on an open case that has continued actions?
